RACE DAY FORECAST – Saturday 15th of April

Areas of lower and middle level cloud and fine spells for most part; brighter periods during the afternoon. Isolated drizzle risk possible 1pm. Light winds through the day at all elevations.  Easterly breeze in the morning (5-15km/hr) tending light nor-east (10-15km/hr) in the afternoon; possibly up to 12-17km/hr about the summit.

Temperatures details

Base level: 11-12 degrees. Summit: 4-7 degrees  – temperatures before midday; warning up 2-3 degrees in the afternoon at all elevations.

Precipitation details

Rain or drizzle risk: 25-35% before midday. 15-25% after midday.

•No snow on the mountain.

•Puddles and some muddy sections likely. Heavy track conditions after rain earlier in the week.
